A complete redesign of both sites - Bee's Bookkeeping and Magnolia CPA - built as a brand family, with NWOS handling migration and ongoing hosting for both. Plus a separate project to move the firms off Intermedia onto a self-hosted Nextcloud workspace.

  • Migration included: moved off CPA Site Solutions, 301 redirects preserve SEO
  • Hosting included: NWOS infrastructure, SSL, daily backups, software updates

An established-CPA presentation built around the existing magnolia tree logo. Sister architecture, distinct identity.

  • Same 10-page structure as Bee's: Home, About, Services, Tax Season, Resources, Contact, legal
  • Existing magnolia tree logo preserved exactly as designed
  • Serif typography (Fraunces) signaling established CPA work; sage & madrone palette pulled from her arbutus imagery
  • Shared architecture with Bee's: edit shared components once, both sites update
  • Migration included: moved off CPA Site Solutions, 301 redirects preserve SEO
  • Hosting included: NWOS infrastructure, SSL, daily backups, software updates

Off Intermedia, onto your own stack

Move both firms off Intermedia hosting onto a self-managed Nextcloud workspace running on NWOS infrastructure. One platform for files, calendar, contacts, and document collaboration — owned by you, not rented.

  • Hosted email migrated to a private mail server (Mailcow / Postfix+Dovecot) - same addresses, same workflow
  • Files & folders moved from SecuriSync to Nextcloud Files; existing share permissions preserved
  • Calendars & contacts imported via CalDAV/CardDAV; Outlook and mobile reconfigured
  • Nextcloud Office (Collabora) for collaborative document editing - Word, Excel, PowerPoint compatible
  • Optional Nextcloud Talk for internal chat & video, replacing any UC features in use
  • Hosted on NWOS infrastructure: dedicated server, SSL, daily backups, audit logs
